Kolorit
When Lowtec & Kassem Mosse spontanteously decided to perform their live sets together on a night with Idle Hands in Bristol it set the course for a project that would later manifest as Kolorit. Since 2017 the two producers meet regularly “at their loosest, jazziest and rawly psychedelic, with stacks of sloshing rhythms and woozy licks” (boomkat) to record “electrififed, intergalactic Jazz infected, raw & direct House trips” (hardwax). Following their debut album Workshop XXI and live sets at Atonal (Berlin), Bassiani (Tiblisi), Fold (London) they have recently recorded a follow-up EP for Berceuse Heroique and a single for workshop records in 2022.
